Quarter life crisis

I've been a little bored lately, kind of a 'down in the dumps' feeling. Rather than sulking I've decided to turn things around for the better. I'm going to keep pushing myself to try new things, and each time I do I'm going to write a post about my experience! It'll help me narrow down what I'm interested, find new hobbies, and just explore the city and different things around me.

D'aww

We all have one, you know, a bus playlist. It's a handful of songs you can listen to on repeat and just stare out the window to(or at the clock on your phone because you're running late).

We all have our own list, and here are mine:

Paper Route's "Carousel" - Paper Route is a high energy band with a lot of bass (great for the caffeine free mornings). It leaves you with this epic "I can do whatever I want because I'm a total badass" feeling. Listen to the band, you'll fall in love.

Ida Maria's "I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked" - You know that guy who just dumped you? Well, forget about him and listen to this song. Covering why we, girls, do all those silly little things for guys when we actually like them so much better with their clothes off. It's a feel good song, and you'll look like that weird kid on the bus who's singing along.

The Dandy Warhols' "Bohemian Like You" - Classic classic classic. I think I love this song because I picture Kieran Culkin running down the street towards me (Igby Goes Down reference, har har). But seriously, you can't help but sing along, it's the perfect bus soundtrack song and leaves you feeling good when you get off to go to school.
