I'm not trying to sound like I'm complaining, well, maybe a little bit, but there are a couple things that have been irking me the wrong way lately. So listen up!
1. STOP telling me I should grow my hair out.
Seriously people, the way I cut and style my hair is up to me and I really don't care to hear what you have to say about it. I know, I know, I don't have the typical long, flowing, feminine locks that women "should" have but that's MY choice. Don't sit there and tell me I'd look prettier with long hair, and that it would help me land a boyfriend, because guess what?! If you're saying that to me - particularly if you're a guy - you're not exactly the type I'd like to attract!
2. Bus folk that don't move when you say excuse me.
Why is it people are so lazy they can't even move when someone politely asks them to step out of the way so they can get off in time and not miss their stop? It's common courtesy and apparently plenty of TTC riders are lacking it. If I'm sitting beside you and I ask you to move and you don't, don't be surprised when my purse hits you in the head as I go by.
Okay, I'm all pet peeved out.
